Hi, the prices in sector 112 are in the range of Rs 6000- 6500/sq ft and you can get flats in the range of Rs 60 lakhs and above and sector 111 being a little bit more closer to dwarka expressway is higher at Rs 7200-7700 /sqft.
Well Sufia ji, the area is good and is very near to the already developed areas of New palam vihar and there is good local transportation and other facilities.. There are some good schools nearby like the Chiranjeev Bharti school, The Maurya shcool and swiss cottage school.
Hospitals like the Metro hospital and Heart institute , Columbia Asia and Metro lifeline hospitals are nearby

Hi, As far as i think the area is very near to teh developed regions in gurgaon as well as dwarka and the Delhi border. The locality has many facilities available and is very near to the IGI airport also. overall a very good area with connectivity and facilities. so i feel that this is a good investment area.
Yea sonia is right, the areas have good connectivity once the dwarka expressway becomes operational and even now the dwarka sector 21 metro station is hardly 3-5 kms away, 5 mins is what it take to IGI airport and there are provision for malls, shopping area, schools, ATMs etc all present here.
