As per my knowledge, Kashish Manor One is a luxurious spacious apartment development in Sector-111, Gurgaon. Project is located right on the Dwarka Expressway & very near to Delhi. This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 1455 sq-ft to 5450 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 8000/sq-ft. Spread over 15across of landscape garden & parks, project consists of low rise luxurious villa to big apartments.

As per sources, construction work is on full swing. Structure work completed. There are approx 9 towers in this group housing project. All are high rise towers. Expected possession of this project is around 2017 Mid. Axis Bank & HDFC Bank are funding this project. This project is approx 2.5km from existing metro in Dwarka Sec-21.

Yes, you can invest on this project. But be careful, when you are investing such a big amount. Well, sector-111 is a nice residential decent location, surrounded by sector-113, sector-27 Dwarka & Ganga vihar. Bajghera road connecting to chauma road is providing well intercity connectivity. This sector is turning into a hottest destination for investment as well as end use.
