Hey guys but I heard that the greenery is attracting the elite to come and live in the region, the residents are not satisfied with the corporation’s working model to maintain the charm of water body in the area.

Localities such as Boat Club, Adyar, Kotturpuram, Gandhi Nagar are closest to the bank of river and commands most premium residences. These localities primarily possesses tall towers of multi-storey flats and apartments that offer the river view from balcony. :)

I think the pristine surroundings, wide green roads, beautiful view is the main attraction of the area. Since cleaning of Adyar River is under process, it is too early to talk about its impact on real estate market.
