How much time its takes to register a company? the question arising is the land legal and has all the documents. Developers who are transparent always post all the necessary document and project stauts update regularly on their websites.

How can I trust if this land is authorized before purchasing....as there were many land disputes happened in Noida locations..... Please confirm me as i want to buy a plot over there very shortly..
well I'm not very sure of the authorizations although the brokers said that the layout etc has got approvals. There are no bank loans available but the developers give you the facility to make payment in installments and in the time period of 1 year and above.
Hi Deeya, as much as i know the plots are part of 240 acres township planned by the developers. this is around 3-4 kms away from Pari chowk and near the Yamuna expressway.
Well, i was informed that the prices start at Rs 3000 - Rs 3500 depending on the rad width near the plot of your choice. The lowest plot size is 48 sq yards and will cost around 2 and half to 3 lakhs approx.
Well, i was advised that the Bhumi Pujan has just happened and the developmental work is ongoing. it will take around 5-6 months that the development activity to happen. They will be constructing the boundary wall, main gate and security , plantations and parks, parking areas, water and electricity as well as sewage system.
I have recently visited much hyped BKR's Green City project, the 240 / 250 acres project and there are no signs of development around the project. They claim to have inflated the rates, however am still unsure whether or not invest in this project. Any views or suggestions are welcome.
