Q: Hi, i am looking at purchasing a flat in Rainbow Vistas@ rock garden. This project is close to hitech city and quality of construction seems to be good, anyone has any review on this project and what is the best price we can get?
Cybercity Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd is one of the leading builders in Chennai. The project is located in the heart of the city at Hi-tech city and is a very impressive project. It is well designed and will surely appreciate very well. Water logging is common in some parts of the area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem with Malles Radhe Krishna as such i think.
I have been living in a rented apartment in phase 2 for the past 1 year, and the noise pollution is so bad that I have developed a cronic headache issue that last for days at a stretch, my husband has developed breathing issues because of cement and dust particles, and we live on the 12th floor.
Trust me my life is hell! there is drilling and blasts every day and the builders have completed 3 of the 10 planned towers, the building acoustics are so wrong as the towers are constructed so close to each other that I can hear clearly the small wind chimes in the blacony off a house on 1st floor in the opposite building as though it was next to my ear!
Immagine what happens when they are drilling and and breaking shuff, which the do 24X7 every other day I have to call and complain that its late in the night please stop the work

Because, Agreement of Sale says that both Phases (RV and RVRG) and integrated projects from day 1 and all the amenities on both sides will be shared by all owners. Any owners available to comment on this ?

Hitech City is a good and peaceful residential locality to stay. This area has got good habitat along with very good transportation facilities. Hitech City is located well connected to all happening places of Hyderabad. There is a big market near by, railway station, bus stops are just in proximity. It is very good for investment purpose as well.

It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.
As far as I know this project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk is Rs 52 lakhs for 1250 sq.ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs. 64.78L - Rs. 1.10Cr for 1580 - 2695 sq.ft. Which unit are you planning to buy ?

I am also looking for a flat and when I inquire about this project, I heard from some of my friends that the project is going very slow pace recently so take necessary precautions. Frankly some of the existing customers really worried about the progress. Builder has to speed up construction to bring the confidence to the customers.
However, the project is at right location if the builder brings the confidence to the customer it is going to be one of the landmark project in Hyderabad with well connectivity all important places yet quite environment.
