Q: Hi there everyone! I’m planning to buy an apartment in Cybercity Rainbow Vistas Rock Gardens. What are the facilities offered by this housing project? And what are the prices involved?
This is a very huge project but very unplanned. Builder is just focusing on new projects. Amenities are yet a dream . hundreds of issues related to water leakages, safety, regular seepage of water in toilets and basement flooded with dirty water most of time. I have moved here a year back and was victim of slippery basement and broke my knees. Still builder is not bothered about basics. Project is already delayed by a long time and yet to see any progress in phase 2. Lot of construction sounds of machines and blastings. If one is okay with all these, can go ahead

Because, Agreement of Sale says that both Phases (RV and RVRG) and integrated projects from day 1 and all the amenities on both sides will be shared by all owners. Any owners available to comment on this ?
Hello Lokesh, It is definitely a good bet if you are planning for a long term investment. The prices are on the higher side but the locality looks promising and more over it has got approval from SBI and nationalized banks and GHMC.

Hi right back at you. I know the prices for Cybercity Rainbow Vistas Rock Gardens, because I’m something of a part time real estate investor. I don’t know what kind of apartment you want buy, like a 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and so on. But I can tell you that the price per square feet will be somewhere around Rs. 3900 to 4100. I think you’d get a good price if you’re willing to negotiate with the salesmen. You get various amenities such as a centralised gas system, power backup, Wi-Fi hotspots, water softener plant, and a high-rise wall with solar fencing. I’m willing to bet that a 2 BHK in this place would cost you around 50 lakh rupees.

Hitech City is a good and peaceful residential locality to stay. This area has got good habitat along with very good transportation facilities. Hitech City is located well connected to all happening places of Hyderabad. There is a big market near by, railway station, bus stops are just in proximity. It is very good for investment purpose as well. It is good for both end use and investment scenario. It is expected that the possession will be end of this year i.e. December'2014. SBH, SBI, HDFC, ICICI Home Finance, Axis Bank,Kotak Mahindra Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd. Can Fin Homes Ltd. etc.

I know a friend of mine who was recently interested in relocating somewhere close to Hitec city from Punjagutta. He had gone to the place where Rainbow Vistas was located to find out more details. From what I’ve heard, they’re constructing a new bunch of apartments, and some 2 BHKs and 3 BHKs are available for sale. If your want to go for the apartments that are being newly constructed, then you might have wait for a couple of years before you take possession. However, if you’re lucky, you might be actually able to lay your hands on a flat that’s already been constructed.
Hello! I live close to Hi-Tech, nearby to where this residential project is being developed. It’s kind of hard not to notice, especially when have to you pass by a towering giant of a building every day. Truly, I wasn’t aware of the entire name of the project till now. I thought it was just called Rainbow Vistas. Coming back to the project, it’s got apartments of various sizes available spread over a couple of buildings. It was being developed since some time now, and I don’t think there’s many flats left for sale in this place. So, you’ll need to check this out with the sales office to find out for certain.
