If you are interested to invest why don't you choose some other sector, I'm not saying sec-66 is not good but matter here project which may be not reliable. In other hand if you move on NH-8, you will get various of property which is opened for investment. Railway station, metro station, malls and schools, all these are just few km away from NH-8. Locality and areas are surrounded by all kinds living facilities. You know very well if you are investing in township, you don't need to worry about facilities. Township always comes with mix society that means in one place all living facilities will be provided. In addition health care and schools also. Here vatika inxt has introduced a township which is known as Vatika INXT city just 29 or 30 minute far from sector 66. But you didn't discuss here in which property you are looking for investment..?
The Locality is very nice and emerging very fast. This Sec-66 is starting from main extension road and have various good projects like Emaar MGF Palm terraces, Palm Drive, Palm Select, etc. as residential project.
There are few commercial projects also at very genuine price such as :- Krrish One ( Main extn. road), Capital City Scape, Spaze IT, etc.
There are a number of schools and colleges as well as hospitals along side the sohna road and in close proximity to this sector. Schools such as Lovely public school, Diamond public school, shiksha bharti public school and Royal kids pre school etc and hospitals like Mittal hospital, shastri hospital, sai hospital and sanjeevani hospitals are here. The area is good and developing with most of the projects being self sufficient townships. i think once the work is completed the area will surely be an end use area with good connectivity and planned infrastructure.
Gurgaon sec 66 is located quite strategically at the intersection of the golf course extension road and the Sohna road and is near to the BadshahPur village.
