Ravet Locality review

Q: I am staying in Mumbai with my family but recent I got a job in Pune. Can anyone tell which place will be ideal to stay from where I can communicate to Mumbai easily .

Yeah thanks, I have two apartments in Ravet and planning to rent them out. So I was wondering if this is the right time or not.

Can you please provide me what is the rent going on in Ravet for apartments of all sizes?

The area offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments within the rental value of Rs 6500-14000 per month.But the supply of 1 bhk is very less compare to 2BHK and 3BHK apartment. These apartments are available within the size range of 650-1500 sq ft with all the basic amenities

How much is the rent value in Pune's Ravet? I heard that the rents have increased in this area.

According to sources, the rental values in Ravet have appreciated by 23 per cent in just one year. :) :) So if you are planning to rent out your apartment is the correct time for renting out.

Ravet has the prospect of developing into a prominent residential area for affordable housing. The most commonly seen residential unit types seen in Ravet are 1 and 2 BHK apartments. What is the current price trends going on in Ravet? Is the area good for investment or for end use purpose?

As per sources, it is the first town one would witness after crossing the Mumbai-Pune expressway. It is also famous as the Gateway to Pune. In fact, Ravet is the junction of the Old NH4. The area is potentially good for both end users and investors. The price trends going on in this locality is Rs 7000 approximately.

Ravet is a nice locality and is ideal for people who are basically from Mumbai :) :) as the locality is quite close to Mumbai Pune expressway and Mumbai Pune Bypass. Hence people can easily travel from Ravet to Mumbai easlily and it will also save the commuting time.

Ravet is a prominent residential micro market located about 22 km from the heart of Pune city, on its north-west periphery. It comes within the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) limits and has come to be recognised as an area renowned for its affordable residential options. Compared to other areas in the vicinity like Pimple Nilakh, Hinjewadi, Balewadi, Wakad and Baner, residential rates at Ravet are considerably less. The area aslo offers excellent connectivity due to which there has been tremendous demand for residential accommodation here.
