Hey, are you planning to move to the Banjara Hills? It is a pretty decent locality but from what I’ve heard, waterlogging is a serious problem there. The worst affected spot of this road is the area surrounding the Lotus Pond. The water of the pond overflows and completely fills up the road adjacent to it. And not just Road No. 12, but other parts of Banjara Hills, especially Road No. 14 and Road No. 2 are affected badly during the rains.

There are severe waterlogging problems in Banjara Hills road no. 12. This is actually quite dangerous, as plenty of accidents occur due to this. People, especially children, have fallen into open manholes that they couldn’t see because of all the water on the streets.
The GHMC are actually taking steps to fix different areas of the city that suffer under intense waterlogging. They have decided to place concrete slabs over the main spots that are the hotspots for waterlogging problems.
