Q: I am told that it is A Katha and it is fine and should not be too much trouble to convert to B Katha. It is a 5 to 6 year old apartment and was wondering how flat sales happening with A Katha and is it ok to purchase.
Hi Ganesh, A Khata is important not B Khata. If the property is B Khata than only you have to convert it to A Khata buit if the property is already A Khata than there is no necessity to convert it to B Khata.
