Q: I’m a family man who lives with retired parents, a wife, and 2 kids. I’m thinking of renting a 3BHK apartment in Chanda Nagar. Can anyone tell me if it’s a good choice considering the convenience for people from different age groups in my family?
Apart from what these guys have already mentioned, I would like to add that there are more than 300 apartments in Chanda Nagar, and more than 40000 people. There are branches of all major banks here, and also a new mall is coming up. Talkie Town mall is pretty close at Miyapur. The Chanda Nagar MMTS is just 2 kms away and the Miyapur Metro station is just 5 kms away. You can easily walk to the Ameepur - Chanda Nagar Radial road. All necessities are found within a decent range
I agree. Chanda Nagar is an ideal location for family guys. It’s well connected to the national highway and the outer ring road, which makes it easy to go anywhere. Moreover there are plenty of ATMs, supermarkets, vegetable shops etc. which is very convenient considering this is a very residential place.
This locality has hills and lakes around. It’s a beautiful place especially for people who stay at home, like your retired parents. In spite of its easy accessibility to the main roads, Chanda Nagar is pretty peaceful in itself. The calm and quiet is a happy change in an otherwise noisy place
Hey, Chanda Nagar is an excellent choice for people who want to settle down. The locality is very calm and residential, which is perfect for senior citizens. There are hospitals close by too for frequent check ups. There are popular schools in close proximity such as Kennedy, Vikas Concept and Sri Chaitanya. Since it’s a residential place, the kids have a safe environment. Enough space to play and enough kids to play with!
Also if you’re an IT employee, there are many IT parks nearby and reaching them is easy. The transport facility is also good. There are buses, autos etc
