Q: I’m relocating to Hyderabad and so I’m thinking about my options in terms of localities there that would be right for me. I’m really keen on Gachibowli, from what my friends in Hyderabad have said. But can anyone give me a review of this locality? What’s the nature of the locality, how much money would I be spending on a studio or 2 BHK apartment, is the locality right for a youngster, etc.? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Gachibowli is a really nice locality. I work in HITEC city, and I still prefer staying here. The distance is not so much, and the roads are wide and good. The place is very safe, secure and residential, in spite of all the commercialization. There’s a Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy here. The public transport is really good too. The APSRTC buses numbered 216 and 217 run frequently connecting this locality to Mehdipatnam and Koti, which are the proper cities. The environment is pollution free and the residential areas are very homely and warm, be it for bachelors, couples or family people
Hey! Since the IT park is very close by, there are a lot of youngsters in this locality. Apart from that Gachibowli is also a sports centre. There are some amazing stadiums here like the Swarnandhra Pradesh Sports Complex, the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium and the GMC Balayogi Stadium.
