i have bought flat in sudama regency near shilphata.Is shilphata really going to develop in the coming 5 years?

Samrin group has created history in April 2012 by launching project named “Sudama Regency“ at Diva Junction. It is heard that more than 100 flats were sold on the very 1st day of its launch. The possession shall be given December 2014. This is the first ever housing project to with all modern amenities in newly emerging Residence Hub at Diva Junction. It offers 1/2BHK residential apartments from 560-790 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 4100/sq-ft. Still few flats are available for booking.

The highlights of the project are as under :-

Well connected to Navi-Mumbai, Panvel, Dombivali & Kalyan,
1.5 km from Diva Railway Station,
15 minutes from Thane

Diva is a very good locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. All the basic amenities like schools, market, hospitals and bank are located just 5 minutes of walking distance.

The current property rate in the locality i.e Diva, Thane is between Rs. 3500-4200/sq.ft.

Well Sanjana,
There are two more project in the same locality such as Skywards Regency in Diva, Thane, possession in 2015 approx., Shree Shakti Destiny in Diva, Thane, Possession till December'2014.

It is a TMC approved project and almost all the leading banks are offering loan for this project.
