Well both projects are good but the difference is its connectivity and locality 77 is proximate to Dwarka Expressway in other hand 83 is just few km away from NH-8 and surrounded by all kinds of facilities, connectivity, locality and near by areas.
In both major sectors, you can easily get in touch with relevant real estate projects. You can also consider vatika inxt at sector 83 and Vatika Express city at Dwarka expressway, which is well-know for all kinds of real estate projects and one of the best option for investment. while both projects are under construction but people are loving to invest in it.
Hi Aniket ..both projects are good and in a good localtion with all facilities nearby..located on either sides of NH1. Palm gardens is clsoe to dwarka expressway while palm hillsis a bit farther away.....
palm hills is nearing completion while gardens will take another 2 years... palm hill also has more density on comparison.. palm hills has 3 and 4 bhks while gardens has 3 bhks and duplex....
so final call is yours as to which is your preference...i will suggest that you do a site visit ans decide...
HI Aniket, both the projects are good and from the same reputed group so i guess price factor can be a deciding point... palm gardens is around Rs5400/ sqft and palm hills is around RS 5700/sqft..
Hi, i think its better to go for palm gardens as palm hills is quite congested. but then both projects are good and have options in 3Bhks and 4 bhks... there are also duplex apartments with palm gardens.
