Should i go ahead for booking flat with this builder in his upcoming pre launch project near undri(38 park Majestic)

Q: I am booking flat in pre launch of 38 park majestic which is owned by the same builder.Is builder trustworthy ?will it be able to give me possession within promised details?

Hi all,
I am interested to buy a 2 BHK flat in 38 Majestic Park, Undri at pre-launch rate of 3400/sq. ft. Is it a good deal? Also can anyone please share any positive or negative feedback on the Builder- Majestic landmarks? Builder's sales person told me that approvals like IOA(Intimation of Approval) and CC are in progress. Thanks!!

Even i am planning to invest in this project and had a word with their sales head, he said that they will soon get all the approvals.
38 park Majestique is situated in a developing region of Undri. The complex is in close vicinity to Schools, Shopping, Hospitals and Entertainment Centers, making it an ideal place to live. Undri is the well known place of Pune and well connected with the other parts of the city. It has easy access to all major connecting roads and conveniently located in South Pune from where MG Road and Cantonment are reachable. It is just 6 kms Magarpatta IT Park, 10 kms from Railway Station and 16 kms from Pune International Airport. These all factor make this location a demanding location. So investing here is a wise decision and in future it will give you a good return.
