The CEO of noida and greater noida authority said that now the builder will not be able to alter the layout without approval from buyers and residents and also cannot tamper with promised common area like swimming pool etc.
That is a great news indeed that after a 4 years delay the noida and greater noida authority is planning to implement the UP apartment act 2010 that safeguard the interest of the home buyers.....
Yea.. now all realtor's and group housing association will be regulated under this act although this will not be applied along the yamuna expressway area.
