@Vivek: The completion date of the project will be by dec 2016. Kharghar is a very quiet locality. It is very well connected with the other parts of Navi- Mumbai. And railway station is 1.5 km away from Raghunath Vihar and auto stand and taxi stand are in the main gate of Raghunath Vihar. :)

@Vivek: Kharghar is a nice place of Navi Mumbai. It is an excellent place with all the basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals are nearby. Road connectivity is also good at this location. As far as I know connectivity and infrastructure both are good.

Hello Deepankar, this project is located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Kharghar is the best locality to be in as far as I know. This place is very close to ISKON Temple, Central Park, Golf Course, schools, hospitals and restaurants etc. New metro rail station is also coming very close to this place. Bus facility, cab facility and auto services are available round the clock.

Hey what is the price for 1bhk ?? What would be the current price per sq ft ?

@Vivek: The price per sq ft will be around Rs 30 lakhs for 600 - 650 sq.ft. The current price for per sq ft will be Rs 4,500.
