Fortune Iris in Mumbai is a G+3 Storey residential project located at Kewale, New Panvel in Mumbai offers 1/2 BHK flats with lifts. There are four towers in it. 1BHK from 595/630/642/957/1077/1233 sq-ft and 2BHK from 807/922/1339/1430 sq-ft. Current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 4100/sq-ft. It will cost around 25.83-47.97 lacs onward.

Panvel is one of the upcoming areas of Mumbai. It is a clean locality with good drainage and sewerage. This is one of the upcoming, upmarket places with a International Airport and existing Konkan Railway Network. It is a good locality to invest. You can go for it.

It is a CIDCO approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for this project.

It would depend on persons repaying capacity which is based on your income. Also you could add your spouse’s income to increase the amount of loan.
