Handover of projects delayed because of NGTs approval

Q: Hi, i heard that many flats are ready but cannot be given physical occupancy..why..is the authorization pending

There is no single authority to take decision.. and everyone is asked to approach different organization and each has its own problems and stories... this hap haphazardness brings problems to the economy on the whole as builder and developers have shortages in liquidity which further has impact on their other projects.

YEAH !! this is quite sad that the home buyers are made to wait so long... they have to pay rents and keep waiting for homes.. it seems that more than 30 000 flats are ready for possession but the National green tribunal has kept it pending...

It indeed is sasd, without NGT s approval the noida authority cannot give out completion certificate and the NGT argument that construction within 10 kms of okhla sanctuary should have been implemented before constructing..

And i dont quite understand , the projects here are by reputed builders and they have individual green building certification and sanction ..then why this un necessary delay and problem for both builders and buyers
