Dhanori is slow developing and it is close to Yerwada and Viman Nagar. Bund Garden 6 Km, Inorbit, Phoenix Mall, Ishanya mall all within 6km of Peripheri. Lying close to Lohegaon, home-buyers in Dhanori are offered quality educational opportunities for their children, in addition to standard residential options.

Everybody say that the area is prefered by developers as well as IT professionals. What is the reason?

Dhanori is an upcoming realty destination. Dhanori enjoys accessibility to several places in Pune and is located near the airport. Pune station is around 10-11 kms. Due to availability of land, developers increasingly prefer this location. The are is well connected via Nagar Road and Dhanori is still affordable among Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar or Koregaon for which IT proffesionals perfer to stay here.

Over all living standard is execellent in Dhanori. Road are very wide, educational inmstitutions and international airport are near by.

The area is well connected through bus, shared auto and taxis, much traffic is also not there.

It is a pure residential area. The proposed Sahara City is just 3 kms from this locality. Many reputed builder are coming up with their project in this locality. According to me the area is good for both investment and end use.
