Q: Hey there guys. Can somebody enlighten me on the project details regarding the new Namaha Rhythm in Miyapur? My family is interested in getting a place over there and any info would prove very helpful for me.
Hey there. One of my family members has gone on to look at Namaha Rhythm in his search for greener pastures. He’s gone through the brochure extensively and was quite impressed. The villas are being built in a huge expanse of 12 acres, which is soon to be transformed into a gated community. Security in this place is topnotch with CCTV cameras being installed at regular locations throughout. A kids play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are planned on being constructed as well to facilitate all the recreational needs of residents. It’s definitely a place worth checking out if you’re planning to move to that part of town.
I’m trying to get away from the maddening crowd of central Hyderabad as well here. In my search for a decent place to live, Namaha Rhythm is one of the many housing projects in Hyderabad that I’ve come across. The first factor that led me to consider this place was the locality, which is placed in Miyapur. I know that it’s relatively far away from central Hyderabad, but that’s exactly the reason why I looked at in the first place. It’s like 3 km away from the main Miyapur Cross Road, and the connectivity to this locality has drastically improved over the past few years. India’s biggest bus terminal is soon to be set up nearby.
Since you’ve already zeroed in on Namaha Rhtyhm, then I guess you’d be knowing that this residential project is made of only villas. Each villa comes with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. These 3 BHKs are spread out over various sizes, ranging from 1,800 to 2,400 square feet in total. These villas are fairly priced since the locality is after all, Miyapur, which is exploding with development activities at the moment. You’d have to end up paying anywhere around Rs. 4,000 per square feet in this housing society.
