Latest Answer: Worst response and attitude towards customers On 6 June 2019 we paid caution deposit about 4p92L to book a 2BHK flat in Phase C 1302 However we have requested cancellation due to the family emergency during covid on 12 Aug 2020 as my father has been hospitalized The initial response was that I will be refunded by deducting the minimal processing charges within 60 to 90 days I have been following up with Hillcrest for the past 3years and there is no positive response Now HillCrest says that as per the policy we need to pay back additional amount We don t understand the fact that we don t own a single brick or sand from HillCrest and still forfeiting hard earned money I request everyone whoever reads this message to help me on how to handle this Kishore
