Q: Hey there everyone. I’m going to shift from Sydney to Hyderabad soon, which is a city I’ve never been to. It’s going to be a temporary employment tenure of say 2 to 3 years, so I’m looking to rent apartments rather than buy them. Think you guys can help me out?

Gachibowli is also known as a sports hub. Some of the best stadiums in the city are located in Gachibowli. The uniqueness about this locality is that the She Shuttles buses have their services in the area for women employees in the IT corridor which is an added service to the area.

Is Gachibowli as one of the fastest growing realty hotspots? please discuss current market condition of this localities?
Subash

Gachibowli as one of the quickest developing realty hotspot in India. This outstanding IT suburb of Hyderabad, which began to grow in 2003, has seen a huge rise recently in the wake of reviving from a long, loud charm of political vulnerability. World-class infrastructure and nearness to Hyderabad's famous international airport are few key components of this location.

Thanks for sharing good stuff. I think the rapidly extending technology hub in and around this epicenter of the property marketplace is a happy add-on. That excuse just why a batch of outpost developers has arrived at Gachibowli, as their latest goal in real estate. The high-tech end users call that the products on sale are assuring and easy on the pocket. The area, obviously, is the deal sealer for almost of them.

I really agree with you and I think the reaction that developers have gotten so far is overpowering. The infrastructural development of the belt is the best in Hyderabad and that is the thing that got manufacturers amped up for their venture. The larger part property purchasers are IT experts and the purpose behind that is self-evident. According to sources, throughout the following 10-15 years, all the real estate improvement in Hyderabad will be focused around this (Gachibowli) range.

That is principal as a result of the accessibility of substantial land packages. In spite of the fact that I don't see an exponential ascent in cost sooner rather than later, the business is certain to enhance here on. There is a developing interest for gated communities among the salaried class of the city. Likewise, the moderateness of homes here - costs here are the most minimal in correlation to different metros - is an or more point.

Gachibowli is for sure the market to watch out for. With Madhapur coming to a state of immersion, this is the following best area for private projects. Aside from those as of now in operation here, there is a bundle of different developers from neighboring states who have communicated enthusiasm for this belt and are accepted to be currently either getting land or drawing up their different plans.

Hi. A number of reputed construction companies have already completed housing projects in Gachibowli, while many are still undergoing construction. You’ll find that some buildings in Gachibowli are built with standards and facilities that are comparable to the ones found in fully developed cities like Sydney, New York, and London. The rent prices in Gachibowli are nothing to write home about, and are easily affordable for well-paid IT professional. As far as I know, you’d end up paying around Rs. 10,000 a month for a 1 BHK, around Rs. 15 to Rs 20k for a 2 BHK, and so on. Depending upon your budget, you can select a suitable location within Gachibowli.

Apartments are available everywhere in Gachibowli, and some of them are the best that Hyderabad is able to offer. Property prices have been fluctuating in recent times because of the political uncertainty that was prevalent. A flat that costed around Rs. 5,000 per square feet 6 months back, began to cost Rs. 4000 to Rs. 4500 per square feet in a few months. In fact, rental prices were Rs. 15 per square feet a year back, but feel down to Rs. 11 over the course of the succeeding few months. Ever since the political scenario has been restabilised, the rental prices have been picking up as well. At present, a decent flat in Gachibowli can cost you around Rs. 12 to Rs. 14 if you want to rent it.

Gachibowli is just the right kind of place for a person used to living in a fully developed city. You might not be able to access every single amenity you had back in Sydney, but you will find that Gachibowli is not lacking in providing its residents with modern facilities. This locality, along with nearby Madhapur, makes up for most of the IT presence in Hyderabad. In order to service the international organisations that have set up base in this locality, a number of commercial and housing projects have sprung up. An apartment in this are typically costs between Rs. 10 to Rs. 15 to per square feet if you want to rent it.
