Localities like Madhapur, Kondapur, Nalagandla, Appa Junction, Miyapur and Uppal have been the new focus destinations for realty in Hyderabad. So you can also look for these localities as well.

The first phase of the Hyderabad Metro Rail has already been constructed, and is close to completion. Its passes through areas like L B Nagar, Uppal, Tarnaka, etc. which are already industrialised. With the activation of this phase, property prices are likely to see a hike because of the drastically improved connectivity along this stretch of town. The Outer Ring Road, which was recently constructed by the administration has led to the rise of property values in all surrounding areas. People living in remote villages became rich because of this road. Another new phase is being constructed, which will connect Shamirpet to Pedda Amberpet over a length of 33 km.

I’ve got good news for you if you’re an IT professional. Have your heard of the recently proposed Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR)? It’s one of the most lucrative projects that’s going to be completed by both the state as well as the central governments. This project is expected to fill in the surrounding areas of already developed IT hubs like Gachibwoli and Madhapur. Designed with SEZs in mind, this project will develop land in areas like Uppal, Mamidipalli, Raviryal, and Adibatla. You have to keep yourself in the loop regarding this project if you want to buy property that’s going to be positively affected by the ITIR’s development.

Hyderabad, one of the biggest cities in India, is a great to invest in. The original state of Andhra Pradesh had been split into Telangana and Seemandhra recently, but Hyderabad remains common capital to both. Investment potential in this city is brimming with new works already in the pipeline. If you’re interested in education, then you’d be interested to know that an Indian Institute of Technology is soon to be opened in Hyderabad. It’s going to be located in Medak district located nearby. A huge number of world-class housing projects are also being constructed in other parts of Hyderabad.
