Q: People says that investing in North Bangalore is a good idea than investing on any other region of Bangalore. Now I have read some where that North Bangalore will be renamed as Greater Bangalore. Can anyone explain me?
North Bangalore has positive investment prospects, and undeniably will generate healthy returns for both commercial and residential investors. CHEERS!!!! :) :D
In North Bangalore there are many localities offering affordable plots which have potential to give significant returns in future. The localities are Doddabalapur Road, Devanahalli, Babu Sahibpalya, jakkur, Thanisandra, Nagarbhavi, Hennur etc.
Doddabalapur Road and Hebbal to Devanahalli stretch offer huge land parcels for residential and commercial development and the cost of land is comparatively less. But the land prices are expected to soar in near future.
According to real estate developers, these areas are under development, the localities have a long term potential to offer healthy returns and capital gain for investors.
With growth-commercial, residential and retail as well escalating in this region, the concept of Greater Bangalore, on the lines of Noida, Gurgaon and Navi Mumbai is eventually taking shape.
According to real estate experts, growth in the residential real estate market banks on a couple of elements, namely-commercial growth, connectivity and the availability of land. :) :)
If the government pays heed to the basic infrastructure needs of North Bangalore, then it can sustain any kind of residential development.
The Silicon Valley of the nations has emerged as one of the enviable real estate destinations, and North Bangalore bears testimony to this truth. Key developers in the city are of the opinion that North Bangalore has the potential to turn a new leaf and become Greater Bangalore in the next three-five years.
Yes I agree on what has been told to you that North Bangalore is the best option for investment purpose. The airport at Devanahalli has certainly upped the ante for the region, fuelling a lot of real estate activity in the areas adjacent to Outer Ring Road. With a host of proposed infrastructural developments such as the High Speed Rail Link, the BDA Peripheral Ring Road, the elevated expressway and broadening of the Bellary Road, North Bangalore is all set to become a self-sustained destination, following the footsteps of its counterparts-Gurgaon, Noida and Navi Mumbai.
