How is the social infrastructure there and also please help me out with reputed schools and colleges ?

@Jackie: Also Some of the reputed educational institutes within the radius of 3 km are Sunshine, DAV, Ponvidyashram, Bethel, surprising Velachery has some of the reputed play schools for kids such as Jumbo kids, Kidzee, Eurokids within the radius of 3 km. Colleges such as Guru Nanak College, PSN Group of Institutions and Besant Technologies.The Phoenix is one of the largest malls in Chennai which is very near by.

@Vivek: The price of units such as 2bhk for Rs. 1.09Cr - Rs. 1.22Cr for 1288 - 1441 sq.ft , for 3bhk it would be Rs. 1.26Cr - Rs. 1.36Cr for 1490 - 1603 sq.ft.
