Chromepet is the next Anna Nagar of Chennai airport just 3 Km from Chromepet. You can drive to Velacherry -20 minutes, OMR 20 minutes, Tambaram 10 minutes. Close to the railway station, 7 airports soon going to come in city limits just like how Kolathur has picked up.

Yes this area is really very good and developing area. Even the rentals are high, but it is worth as the accessibility and availability of all things are close by and more over with no issues like damaged road, water logging etc. Simply saying lovely and lively place.

I am planning to buy 3bhk. What is the price range of 3bhk ?? How is the project going ?

@Vivek: The pricefor 3bhk would be Rs 65 lakhs for 1219 - 1243 sq.ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs. 41.91L - Rs. 48.10L for 806 - 925 sq.ft.

Hey Vkumar, this project is located in Chromepet. Chrompet is a well-developed locality. It all the requirements like good schools, Engineering College of Anna University, hospitals lot of temples especially the Kumaran Kundram. Lot of markets selling fresh vegetables well-connected road, petrol pumps.
