Hey Kolapakkam is a calm and quiet residential locality with all banking facilities, hospital, schools are nearby. Markets are nearby apart from public transport share autos are plenty. Airport is very close by.

Mr Subramanian would you still be following this project ? I just called and was informed that they havent yet launched it and havent fixed on the prce as yet. 7000 would be too high a rate for Kolapakkam . Projects in the interiors of Manapakkam much ahead of this one are charging much lesser rates.

@Vivek: The project is located in Kolapakkam. It is an upcoming residential locality with schools like Omega, St. Francis, Pon Vidyashram and PSBB Millennium School. Well connected by bus on the Manapakkam to Gerugambakkam Road. MIOT Hospital is 3 kms from Kolapakkam. According it will be good for investments as you can get good returns.

Hello, Subramanium ..this project includes 3bhk and 4bhk. The price for 3bhk will be Rs 1.33 cr - 1.34 cr for 1907 - 1925 sq ft, for 4bhk will be Rs 1.21 cr - 1.23 cr for 1733 - 1764 sq ft.
