Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3650. People planning to invest in this project can expect good rental value and appreciation. Moreover the project has got 5 star from CRISIL

The reviews above of Pristine Pavillion look good, if there are more buyers, we could possibly get together. If 5 -6 buyers collectively approach the builder there are chances for a better deal.

DRA Group has also launched their Phase-2 of Pristine Pavilion in Mahindra City. They are giving semi-furnishing for the apartments and also 3 years assured rent. The price is also competitive. I have visited their site last week. It is located riight inside Mahindra world city and very close to Mahindra's Research Valley. DRA has handed over their Phase - 1 in Pristine Pavilion. Construction is good. I am in touch with one of their sales persons. May book an apartment here.

I am one of the happy customers of Pristine Pavilion Phase-I. The construction is progressing quickly and it is going as per the schedule. DRA is an experienced Bangalore based builder so you can rely on them. This project is located right inside Mahindra World City and the best part is it is a freehold property. As an investor, you can expect good rental income and capital appreciation. I have booked 2 bhk for Rs.2850 one year back and now the builder is quoting around Rs.3550. I think very few flats are available in Phase-I. Their customer service also good.

Pristine Pavilion by DRA Aadithya Project Pvt. Ltd. strategically located at Chengalpet, near Mahindra World City offers 2/3 BHK residential flats from 1052-1845 sq-ft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 3450/sq-ft. It is a G+4 storeys apartments and in construction phase now.

In the South, localities such as Chromepet and Selaiyur are among the growth corridors. These areas are close to the airport and railway station, along with the upcoming Outer Ring Road. In the West, there is Porur suburb or the Mount Poonamallee Road including areas such as Manapakkam and Kundrathur which are growing at a fast pace. Capital values in both these zones have gone up by almost 15-20% in the last one year.
