As per my knowledge, Govt. occupied 65 acres of land for this project from Vandalur to Manimangalam area. But Govt. won't touch those lands having NOC from authority. As there was road blocks & protests due to this project, Govt. is pending this project now. So in my point of view, just wait for a while & watch what's happening ? After that you can decide whether to invest or not....
