Also do you know that this project is being constructed by two different groups who joined together to come up with this amazing project. They are The Kalyan Group and The Sampat Group. These two have worked together for several years over many successful projects like Empire Estate and Empire Heritage & Sampat Valley.

Earlier it was mentioned that this project will be completed and ready to move by June 2015 but now it looks like that won't be happening as the builders have now said that it will be done by December 2015.

To give you a more detailed view of the apartments at Kalyan Sampat Garden, the apartments constructed under this project comes equipped with some great aluminum sliding French doors, vitrified flooring tiles, ceramic flooring in bathrooms, a granite kitchen counter etc. On visiting the sample apartment, I found it extremely spacious and well constructed. The amenities planned for the township acts as add-ons to the already attractively priced apartments. I would suggest you to consider investing in this project.

Kalyan Sampat Garden is a great project for people looking to buy good property under 55 lacs. It is located in Bicholi Mardana, and is in close proximity to all the major facilities of the city. The township itself is equipped with various facilities like clubhouse, pool, wifi connections etc. The price per sq. ft is 2400 for these apartments and like mentioned above come sin variants of 2, 3 and 4 BHKs.
