These are 4BHK villas located in Tripunithura which are connected well to other areas of the city. The houses are spacious, and have been constructed using the best materials. The size of each villa is between 2000 and 2400 sq. ft., and you can buy a house for Rs. 3500 per sq. ft. which will cost you between Rs. 70 and 84 lakhs. The township has facilities such as swimming pool, club house, badminton court, garden, play are, and security. If you are buying a house here, you can move in immediately. Other projects that you can also consider are Royal Sunflower apartments, Vineyard Meadows by Hebron Developers, which is also a villa project, or Villa Florenza, which is a premium villa project.

Another project that you might be interested in buying is the Heera Lifestyle which is near the Kochi-Dhanushkodi road. The project has 19 floors and around 100 apartments. There are 3BHK apartments for sale at Rs. 4500 per sq. ft., and a 3BHK apartment will cost between Rs. 75 lakhs and Rs. 81 lakhs. Yes, Tripunithura has plenty of new projects coming up. In the lower end of the real estate market, you can consider buying an apartment in Agasthya Apartments which is on Puthiyakavu. You can either buy a 1BHK, 2BHK or 3BHK apartment at Rs. 15.72 lakhs, Rs. 28.05 lakhs and Rs. 39.22 lakhs respectively. The built-up area of the 1BHK is 629 sq.ft., 2BHK is 1122 sq.ft. and 3BHK is 1569 sq.ft. The project has facilities like club house, rain water harvesting, play area, security, and garden. You can move in to the apartment by September 2014.
