I was just checking out the floor plans for the house and it looks quite decent for its size and rates. The builders are giving attached bathrooms with the 2 bhk and a modular kitchen with a spacious living cum dining area and there is also a balcony in the master bedroom.and the living area.

the starting price for 1 bhk apartments have been set at Rs 16 lakhs,and can go upto Rs.18 lakhs. and for 2 bhk apartment the starting range is from Rs. 26 lakhs and it runs upto Rs. 28 lkahs. These are quite less when compared to prices of apartments in other communities.

the price per square feet is also around Rs. 2950 which looks really affordable. I think this is cheaer price rate than what most of the gated communities in the area have to offer. An apartment in the area would cost you from Rs. 3200 to Rs 3400. So, this looks like a good deal.

they have options for flats in the building as 1 and 2 bhks and both of them are available in two size area. The bigger 1 bhk is a litlle less than 580 sq ft and the bigger 2 bhk is around 616 sq. ft. size area.

The builders of the project have put up only under a hundred units for sale in the community and the dates of possession have already been announced and are from april 2015. But I think the bookings are still open and you can book an apartment in the building now.

The project is headed by the Estilo projects group they have international expertise in building projects. I think Estilo Fernhill is their third project in Kochi. The first two of their residential projects are located at kottayam and they are also under construction.

They have all the basic facilities on offer with the apartments. Some facilities that are available include 24-hour backup, a community hall, 24-hour security, and a clubhouse for all the recreational activites and other social fuctions. I think these facilities are just basic and any other apartment will provide the same facilities too.
