Hi,
I had heard that there is sweet ground water available in the Morais City. No idea as to what extent the ground water has been depleted by now.......I wanted to know about the contamination of ground water due to nearby tanneries.Are the tanneries working now? Or are they closed for causing pollution? Is there any Supreme court order to that effect?

As per my knowledge, I do not think so that there is any court order. For further queries you can talk with the people who have booked plots in Morais City or the developer directly.

I just went to see Morais city in Trichy, about 1.5 kms from trichy airport in KK Nagar. They are quoting 650/sq.ft. I want to know if its worth the price or has anyone bought plots there.
