Hi! As you may already know, property prices are quite hefty in Somajiguda. You can get 3 BHKs for rent in gated communities or in separate apartment buildings. I think for a 3 BHK, you’d have to pay around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 depending upon the location within Somajiguda itself. Since this locality is quite established already, you’ll be able to find a more number of older apartments than newly-constructed apartments. But, most of the old ones well-maintained over there, so you don’t need to worry much. Going by the rates I mentioned, I guess you’d end up paying anywhere between Rs. 12 to Rs. 20 per square feet for renting a place out in Somajiguda.

Personally speaking, I live in Khairatabd, which is quite to Somajiguda. I can attest to the quality of the area in terms of modern amenities and safety. It’s close to the Raj Bhavan Road, where the Governor of the State resides. So, you can be sure that the police over there do an excellent job keeping the locality safe. The traffic, however, might be a bone contention since this area and other nearby localities are quite crowded during the day. But the options you have in this area are plenty. You have a 5-star hotel called The Park adjacent to the MMTS railway station nearby.

Hello there! Somajiguda is by far one of the busiest localities in Hyderabad. It started out as a quiet residential area, but along the years, developed into a bustling business center with shopping malls and star hotels. You’d have to end up paying a little high for the rent in an area like Somajiguda, which is considered to be a prime Hyderabad locality. It’s located quite nearby to areas like Begumpet, Punjagutta, and Khairatabad. There’s a number of housing projects that offer 3 BHKs in Somajiguda, and the majority of them are ones that have already been complete. You can try your luck in established apartments such as Lumbini Gardenia and Lahari Pearl Creek.
