I think for a 3 BHK, you’d have to pay around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 depending upon the location within Somajiguda itself. Since this locality is quite established already, you’ll be able to find a more number of older apartments than newly-constructed apartments. But, most of the old ones well-maintained over there, so you don’t need to worry much. Going by the rates I mentioned, I guess you’d end up paying anywhere between Rs. 12 to Rs. 20 per square feet for renting a place out in Somajiguda.
