So, in terms of location, I think Basheerbagh offers much for your consideration. The historically-significant Bashir Bagh palace also belongs to this locality. The property rates were actually high here a year before, now they’ve fallen a little bit. I assume that’s due to the recent political environment.
Hello! Property in Basheerbagh is kind of hard to find, I think you’re one of the few people I know who found some property to invest in. The reason for this being that Basheerbagh is an old and established locality. All the properties in Basheerbagh have already been constructed, and not many are in the process of being constructed. The Basheerbagh main road is full of jewellery shops, and connectivity-wise, I think this locality is tops. It’s one of the central parts of the city, and is connected to the major commercial localities of Abids, Koti, Nampally, and Abids, which lie nearby.
