Since you’ve already got a property in mind, it would be pointless for me to tell you the kinds of residential properties available in Basheerbagh. This locality is mostly made of independent hoses rather than flats. The price per square feet for any property will depend upon the location of that property within Basheerbagh. Some which are located closer to the main can cost around Rs. 1.3 lakhs per sqaure yard, while those located deep inside the locality can cost as less as Rs. 70,000 per square yard. So, that effectively means you can expect a price of Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 7,000 per sqaure feet depending upon various factors. The traffic, which frequently gets crowded, is the only disadvantage that comes with living in this area.

Have you heard of the famous Hussain Sagar Lake? It lies very close to Basheerbagh and is one of Hyderabad’s most famous landmarks. This man-made lake was constructed by Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah, the third King of the Golconda Kingdom. Back in the days of the Nizam, Basheerbagh was a sports hub, which used to be called Fateeh Maidan. Even the well-known L B Stadium is situated in this area. So, in terms of location, I think Basheerbagh offers much for your consideration. The historically-significant Bashir Bagh palace also belongs to this locality. The property rates were actually high here a year before, now they’ve fallen a little bit. I assume that’s due to the recent political environment.

Hello! Property in Basheerbagh is kind of hard to find, I think you’re one of the few people I know who found some property to invest in. The reason for this being that Basheerbagh is an old and established locality. All the properties in Basheerbagh have already been constructed, and not many are in the process of being constructed. The Basheerbagh main road is full of jewellery shops, and connectivity-wise, I think this locality is tops. It’s one of the central parts of the city, and is connected to the major commercial localities of Abids, Koti, Nampally, and Abids, which lie nearby.
