I have never invested in real estate before, so I don’t have a clear idea about the price trends in Miyapur, the builder’s reputation, property appreciation, traffic issues in Miyapur, and other related things. If someone can share their views on the SMR vinay property and the area, it would be great!
There’s no denying that Miyapur and a lot of other areas in Hyderabad face water shortages and traffic problems. I have been living in Miyapur from past 10 years, and due to the metro construction I can tell you that there is definite traffic congestion here. But, you don’t really need to worry about either water or traffic because Fountainhead is a gated community and they have provisions to make sure you don’t face acute water shortages. Also, I don’t know if you already know this, but there is a 4 km traffic free shortcut via the hafeezpet railway station which leads to fountainhead. I’d say you should go ahead with your investment plans.
Hey, there’s no need to worry about not knowing a lot about property trends. The property you have your eyes on is great, and I must say it is very fairly priced. The average price per sq. ft in Miyapur is around 3,700 for big projects such as Fountainhead. Also, Miyapur is seeing great and rapid development, so in future the prices would definitely go up. The only two things I’m not sure of are the water problems and traffic in Miyapur. Can someone from Miyapur help with more information on that?
