Q: Need to know more about Aparna CyberZon. I know about the builders, Aparna, through a friend who stays in one of their residential colonies. Elaborate on the positive and negative aspects, so that I have a wholesome view of the project.

hey, apart from the amenities and facilities that are available at this place, they are charged actually for this. Including the car parking fees, the amenities would cost around Rs. 410000. I think the project is about to finish. As for now, the construction works of the blocks have been completed. only the remaining interior works are there to be finished. I think the home loans are available from different leading banks for this particular purpose. I think some of the leading ones are ICICI, HDFC, SBI, etc.

Aparna Cyberzone apartment is one of it's kind . It located Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Which is a major location and best for investment purpose.This is a GHMC approved layout. All norms, requirements pertaining to environment, lakes, fires services regulations and GHMC rules and regulations have been adhered while designing the project.

Here current price is 3750/sq-ft. You can get 2/3 BHK apartment with amenities like Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, 24 hrs. Security, Club House, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Basket Ball Court etc.

Apart from that this location has some close proximity to Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Citizen Hospital & Fusion International School, Sancta Maria International School. Vijetha Super Market is approx 1 km distance from this project. Nearest railway station MMTS is also approx 1km from this project.

Aparna CyberZon is very good project but a bit expensive. Brand name of builder is well known.
This area has NO Water problem and NO pollution & near by to Citizen Hospital, Railway station, bus stand.
It is very near for people who works in Hitech City, Madapur, Gachibowli. There is rapid growth for this area.
I actually bought a apartment in this area recently.

My cousin tells me that Aparna builders are quite trusted, and that they’ve constructed a number of other projects in and Gachibowli. Some of them are already up and running, while others are still in the process of being constructed. The price per square for an apartment in Aparna CyberZon was around Rs. 2600 back in 2012, when it was initially launched. Today, it’s priced at Rs. 3,700 per square feet. The 2 BHKs as well as the 3 BHKs available in this society are sized differently, ranging from 1245 sq ft to 1855 sq ft. At present, a flat can cost you anywhere between Rs. 45 lakhs to Rs. 57 lakhs.

Gachibowli is such a rage these days in Hyderabad. Everybody with enough money seems to be getting places to live over there. There’s so many world-class housing projects in this locality that it’d be quite stupid of me to actually try and count their number. Aparna CyberZon is one of these housing projects, and quite a decent one at that. I had heard that they were planning to construct a hotel inside the gated community. But this plan was scrapped after the residents, who had already bought some flats, complained. This housing project comes equipped with a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and indoor shuttle courts.

Hello. Planning on moving to Aparna CyberZon? Well, if you’re looking for a decently-priced locality in Gachibowli, then it’s a good choice. You must be knowing that property prices are sky-high in Gachibowli, and this housing project, though expensive when compared to other localities, is actually reasonably priced for this area. I think that the location of this place is actually an advantage as well as a disadvantage. It’s an advantage if you intend to work in Gachibowli, but can be really tiring, if you need to frequently travel every day to central parts of the city.
