Information about Vertex Panache project at Narsingi
Q: Hey, I recently stumbled across this project called Vertex Panache while reading about on going properties. I haven’t heard of Vertex before. if I’m not wrong these project is located at Narsingi. My budget for investment in around 70 lacs. Can anyone provide me with more details about the area and the project.
There will be a total of 521 units and there will be 6 towers of G+12 levels ( High Rise) structure. The project is expected to get completed by end of 2017.
Me and my friend we are planning to buy a property in this project. It was told to us that the project is loaded with all the modern amenities. Any one who have booked an apartment please share what are the types of amenities offered.

I echo kiran, i too heard very bad experiences my friend had while he owns flat in vertex prime. Especially the Customer relations team is worse and their behavior is quiet annoying when my friend and his peers used to consult for any complaints. I would suggest vertex is definitely a bad choice.
Currently the pre launch price they are quoting is Rs 3750 and the project is around 3 mins drive from Financial District. The cort of apartments here starts from rs 47 lakhs on wards.
I totally agree! Narsingi is a very quiet and good area. It is amidst lot of greenery, and finding a house here would be great for quiet country-side kind of living. The property capital appreciation at Narsingi has also seen tremendous growth in the past. It has gone from an average per sqft price of Rs. 1,995 in 2012 to Rs. 4,100 by the end of 2013. With its close proximity to Lanco hills and gachibowli, investment in this area seems like a good option to me. The only thing I’m unsure of abou this area is if there is any water scarcity in the area and about the safety. Can someone please share any details about these?
Area is good but vertex is not a good choice. Their recent project 'VERTEX PRIME' is a big flop. One of my close friend took a flat in Prime and suffering from water leakages and you need to bribe their employees to get your work done. Especially you need to bribe them to get a good parking slot.
Hey I should assure you that the apartments at Vertex Panache are well within your budget. They have 2 and 3 BHK apartments available for sale at Rs. 300 per sq ft. You will find the 2 BHK with an area of 1265 sq ft, and the 3 BHKs vary from 1435-1890 sqft. The price per sqft at this stage is also very low, they are offering Rs. 3,500 per sq ft, which can be negotiated a little bit. These apartments are still under construction and are expected to be ready by December 2015. I suggest that you visit the site and understand more about the project, and make an investment as soon as possible, because once the construction reaches its finishing stages, the prices might go up.
Hey, you are right, Vertex Panache is an under construction project at Narsingi, around the Outer Ring Road.I understand why you haven’t heard of the Vertex group before, They aren’t very active with their marketing. However, they have over 11 completed residential projects and a couple commercial project, so you can be assured of their reliability. Narsingi is a good area to invest in, as it is seeing lot of great commercial and residential projects. It is around 9 kms from Gachibowli and only 3-4 kms from manikonda and the huge Lanco Hills project. In terms of area for investment Narsingi is ideal. However, I don’t have much information about the Panache project. Maybe someone else can help you with that.
