Looking To Invest In Emami Swanlake

Q: Hello all. I am currently living in the cyber hub of Madhapur with my wife and children in a 2 BHK. Wanting to locate to a new place which is more spacious and happening than where I live currently, and I have seen Emami Swanlake as a good enough option, but I am yet to decide on it because I need opinions from anyone who knows this place. Please help.

Hello Lokesh, from my point of view Emami Swanlake is a good investment for you mainly because the location is ideal for your expectations. Divided into three blocks, the complex comprises between 500 to 1000 units spread over 1133 to 2340 sq.ft, giving spacious area and large housing spaces. All master bedrooms are furnished with wooden flooring as well as skirting while other bedrooms and living and dining rooms have vitrified tiles. There is also a balcony and utility section in every unit, furnished with ceramic tiles that have anti-skidding features. Toilets are equiped with acid-resistant ceramic tiles and granite top counter for wash basin as well as exhaust fans and geysers.

Secondly, the project has been Developed by Emami Constructions Pvt. Ltd and this project is a new and upcoming place for families to shift to. Kukatpally is a good area to live in because it is a major shopping hub with well-known IT companies taking over the area. Overall, you will not be disappointed with the housing facilities because they are on par with international standards and have a lot to offer.
