Yes, these are 5 exclusive villas of 3 BHKs and of 1725 sqft size and the basic price is Rs 8700/sqft and so will cost around Rs 1.5 Cr

this is in indira nagar and is easy to travel through the velachery main road and the madras christian college.... university, good schools and hospitalas as well as shopping centres are nearby...
