well puneet the location is quite good and has easy access to prime locations and residential hubs like oragadam, tambaram and medavakkam...it is amongst the fastest growing suburb and has all facilities...

SRM university, vandalur Zoo, airport , railway station , reputed schools and hospitals are in a comfortable distance...

well no..i believe there are only 2bhks in this project of 850-1000sqft size and the basic price is Rs 3500/sqft and so is avaiable in the price range of Rs 30-35 lakhs

hmmm... there will be rain water harvesting and 24 hr power back up that will be provided and the project us expected to be completed in another years time..
