Q: Hey, I wish to invest in the Gachibowli area, and my budget is around 90 lacs and can stretch to a maximum 1.5 crore. I came across a ad for the phoenix golf edge apartments. Can someone please provide more details about the project?
I agree what they are offering is great, but I think this kind of project is targeted towards the NRIs and foreign investors who come live in India for longer period of time. What I’m trying to say is invest here only if you really want such intense amenities and facilities. If you are looking for a bigger house with good amenities like club houses, gymnasiums, playing areas, etc you could invest in other projects like Orange county, Mantri celestia etc. You will not find the amazing high-class living offered by Golf-edge but you might find spacious homes for the same price in other projects. But, if you are looking for a property like Golf-edge, go ahead it’s the best of its kind. You’re going to make visitors jealous by living in such lavish complex.
Hey, I think the price per sqft is pretty high in these apartments when you compare to nearby projects like Mantri celestia or Golf-view apartments. But, I think the world class amenities provided by them does justice to this kind of high per sqft rate.The apartments sold here are fully furnished, and fully air-conditioned. On top of that it is fully serviced too. Daily chores like sweeping, cleaning, laundry etc are fully taken care of, and services like housekeeping, butler services are also available within the complex. Let’s be honest when you have such high-end services available the prices are meant to be high.
I don’t know about anything else, but the amenities offered by these people are mind blowing. When I was going through the plan, I was very impressed. I visited the site around 4 months ago, so a lot of things were in planning stage. But, if you go and visit the site, they would give you a detailed view of everything that’s going to be ready by September 2014. There’s an infinity pool with a viewing deck and a 5 star hotel in the complex itself. Also, these apartments are located very close to companies like Deloitte, wipro, microsoft etc, which adds to its potential property capital appreciation in future.
Hey, first of all investing in Gachibowli itself is a great. The area is great and has a very high property capital appreciation rate. Coming to the Golf-edge project by Phoenix group; I see this building almost everyday, as my office is very close to this residential complex.I hear the Golf-edge is the best when it comes to amenities. They are offering quite a lot for an investment under 1 crore. However, you would only be able to buy a spacious 2BHK in that price. The price per sqft here is around Rs.7000-7500, and you would find apartments ranging from 1034 sqft to 3434 sqft.
