I am planning to book the property. They gave me Rs 650/sqft . Do you have a property in the same layout?

Hello Bera, The price quoted by the builder seems to Okay for me. The project is spread over 30-acre property perched right on top of a hill and it has been approved by MUDA and banks like Deutsche Bank and ICICI Bank. Have you booked a property in this project? Are they ready to negotiate?
