Bit of land in MUDA property
Q: Hello

I have a house in Mysore, behind my house there is a bit of land which I would like to buy. Is there any way possible to apply via online MUDA site. Please let me know the procedure either via online or offline.

Latest Answer: Hello I am in the similar situation, I wanted to buy the bit of land behind my home so I contacted an agent, he is asking 1.5 lakhs bribe which is too high for me to pay. Can you please tell the actual procedure so that I can do it by my own. Regards Nandini

Trendz whispering woods review
Q: Hi there, Does anybody know about Trendz whispering woods? Is there any problem with the project?

Latest Answer: Trendz Whispering Woods is spread over 7 and half acres of land with spacious 2 and 3 bhk apartments. It is not a joint Venture and all the apartments are designed according to Vaastu Complaint. The project seems to be good for end use purpose.

For buying a 3 BHK flat, which project is better in mysore Brigade symphony or Sankalp central park?

Latest Answer: I agree Manu that Brigade is an brand name but Sankalp Group has also completed around 20 projects successfully. Sankalp Central Park is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by December 2016. The price of a 3 bhk apartment starts from Rs 81 lakhs. The project has been awarded as Best project of the year 2013 by CREDAI Mysore and Best Innovative Design Project 2013 by CREDAI Karnataka.

Hi,Can one buy a plot in adishwar nagar?I mean regarding clear documents and all?

Latest Answer: I'm not sure about the approvals from MUDA etc., I was told that the property is still in development stage. However, the promoter is of good repute and a very well known person in Mysore. From that aspect, I believe it's worth trying out.
