Palghar as of now, is in the same situation as Vasi-Virar was before 10 or 12 years back. But palghar will not take 10 to12 years to become same as Vasai-Virar. Considering the surrounding industrial belt, Palghar will grow on its own, And with recent declared as a new district with total of 8 Taluka, huge infrastructure projects are in pipeline with various government offices. Local rail network up to dhanu has already started. I strongly believe affordable housing at palghar is just a matter of time.
Hi Asif, After Virar, Palghar is the next major junction on the Western Railway. It is easily reachable by the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway-8. The town has everything necessary for a comfortable life including shopping centres, schools, colleges, cinemas, restaurants and hospitals. As per my knowledge, a number of high end residential projects are there in Palghar and you will get it at an affordable rates. Palghar & Boisar are close neighbours approx 8-9 km away from project site and are well connected through rail and Palghar-Boisar road. A person working in Boisar/Tarapur can easily live in Palghar.
The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 2600-3050/sq-ft. The prices may vary from location and the amenities provided by the developer in the project.
