Thanks for the advice Shaunak,
Even i saw that some brokers have updated in their site that the project will start in September or few in July. I also suggest the buyers that don't buy property before checking its legal approvals. Now-a-days project delay has become a fashion.

Good Evening Rajat,
No, i have not but planning soon. 2BHK will cost to you Rs. 89 lacs to Rs. 1 crore onward whereas 3BHK Rs. 1.20 crore to Rs. 1.30 crore onward.

As per discussion with their sales guy, i found that the date of possession will be December'2017. Almost all the leading banks such as ICICI and HDFC have approved this project for home loan.

It is came to hear that the construction work has stopped due to some legal cause. And when i approach the builders office and ask them to show the legal approvals they are not ready to show before 20% booking amount. Is it right? When is the project going to start?

Yes, it is right that the project was delayed due to Intimation of Disapproval and Commencement Certificate. Now, they got both the approvals from BMC and construction work has started.

If they are not showing all the legal documents before registration then better to avoid this project.

The developer of this project has committed to provide its possession on time. It will be near about December'2017.

Payment & Booking terms:- 110000 as a token amount at the time of booking,
20% of flat value within 30 days from date of booking,
Remaining payment will be based on construction linked .

Nirmal Olympia by Nirmal Lifestyle Group offers 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments from 603-1170 sq-ft. The cost of 1BHK in 603 sq-ft , @Rs. 10400/sq-ft is Rs.62.71 lacs in Wing-C whereas in Wing-A/B it would be around 65.72 lacs, @ Rs. 10900/sq-ft. Rate to be increased by 11000/sq-ft soon.
