Exploring Ravet

Q: Hi,
I work in hinjewadi, please suggest me if Ravet is the right destination to book a flat? My only apprehension is safety and security during odd times, especially looking at the recent incidents on the highway or in the nearby areas of theft and loot on the main road itself.

Ravet has the prospect of developing into a prominent residential area for affordable housing. The demand for affordable residential accommodation in the area has been surging in recent times due to which developers are embarking on many such projects. Considering that the area offers excellent connectivity, traveling to the city as well as to other areas across the city is a breeze. However, the development of infrastructure in the area will give it a much needed face-lift in terms of livability.

Ravet is a prominent residential micro market located about 22 km from the heart of Pune city, on its north-west periphery. It comes within the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) limits and has come to be recognised as an area renowned for its affordable residential options. Compared to other areas in the vicinity like Pimple Nilakh, Hinjewadi, Balewadi, Wakad and Baner, residential rates at Ravet are considerably less. The area aslo offers excellent connectivity due to which there has been tremendous demand for residential accommodation here.
