Hi Aditya,
You can filter as well as save your search according to your requirements. For example if your budget is 60-80 lacs in Hinjewadi, Pune, then go to commonfloor site from there select locality or Property/Project, all the properties for sale in Hinjewadi will apper, from there select sale type, bedroom option and budget, now scroll the curser till end there is a option save this search, when you click on the save this search a box will appear with the url copy the url paste it in new tab it will show you the search which you have saved accordingly.
